In the lounge right now - its SO noisy. Most of the noise coming from the staff, bashing stuff around and emptying bottles in the bar downstairs, cutlery and crockery being stacked etc. The hard floors, no soft surfaces anywhere so the sound just bounces around. I wish they actually reached out to some of their long term economy flying passengers to design new economy seating etc - I could do a much better job - Ive sat in one of those seats for many many flights and know what they are lacking. But no, they will persist with things like the useless foot ...
