Hi there, curious as to how/why you were able to backtrack. Did you do the booking online yourself and just put in the destinations (to see if they worked) and the system OK'd it?

Hi, I just flew Premium Melb - HK- Zurich - HK - Melb with CX. My claim was rejected. I still have the boarding passes. I'm unclear whether I need to chase points via Qantas or Cathay? And should I call or just email? thanks!

Hi jace74 we are currently viewing a Finnair special fare for Business RTW. Can you recommend flying with Finnair? Also did you do your own booking or through an agent. Thanks!
