Beware when fling SIA make sure the flights are VA also.We are Platinum flew MEL/JFK via SIN Return. They do not count as the 8 flights to maintain status.However SIA offered Lounge access except for JFK.

Lets hope there are 2 meals served in Business Class plus pillows & blankets.

Add to that reward seats either unavailable or asking hugely inflated points required.

I have never been able to find J/C redemptions at original advertised points required.
