The airport has not, per se, blocked Qantas from doing it. Qantas is cracking a sad at the airport and not paying their invoices in full, so things are at a stalemate. Plus, from my experience, the international facility at T3 is pretty ordinary compared to T1 at PER.

I love being able to flick through the pages quickly, and diving in for a closer look at the articles that are of most interst to me.
