As EY gold or VA gold can you get into the lounge on VA1 or is it only on flights to AUH?

normally you still need to collect bags and clear customs upon arrival at the first port of a new country so you can through check and tag but still need to collect.

maybe they should also invest in some form of public transport to and from the airport to the CBD
