Im surprised to hear such a poor review of AY, as a frequent traveller UK to AU I often use AY and have yet to have a bad experience. I admit tthe A340s and some A330s still have the old J seating.Maybe a review of the new J seating, and a greater focus on the brilliant cabin crew would show AY ...
