Feb 01, 2013, 07:54 AMI did send a complaint to the airline which was Etihad, and only recieved an email saying that they were sincerely sorry, and that the feedback would be passed on. Nothing! Next time I will ask for a feedback form!

Feb 01, 2013, 07:47 AMThe problem is that they are adding the Qantas codeshare flights onto their system and they are experiencing problems. You can wait several more days for that to be sorted, or leave this world class airline and travel with an other.
