Flew for first time last week Rockhampton to Brisbane on ATR72. Not impressed. Very noisy and a rough ride. ATR72 must have a fairly rigid wing. Try to sit forward of wing or at very rear. When landing, undercarriage seems to be coming up thru the floor. I preferred the old C-130 Herc from my air...
