QR is slow to reopen their lounges. CDG is closed, LHR is closed, BKK is closed. Probably others.

Booked to travel on Qsuite last Tuesday, selected the seat (facing backwards for the extra privacy), checked in online. Really looking forward to it. Then boarded the plane to find it substituted for old config 2x2x2. Very disappointed. Seems like they can substitute at short notice so no guaran...

Absolutely no incentive for me to fly Qantas after reaching platinum. Usually do 2500-3000 SCs per year but now I will credit to another alliance. I'm not the one that's loosing out here.

My first stop is head for the showers. The queue grows very quickly after the arrival of QF flights. There are a limited number and the wait time can be longer than the stop over.

Boeing really need to fix the window shades on the 787. They might dim the outside light but they don't keep out the sun. On a recent 787 flight from ICN to LHR I had the sun shining in my face for around 6 hours and couldn't block it out. A350 is my preferrence.
