If you have an award FF ticket ex Europe on CX in F to HKG, then connecting in C to Australia on the same ticket, are you allowed to use the CX First Class lounge in HKG during your same day transit..? Taking into consideration that CX don't offer F to Australia.

Hi Chris, great report thanks. Did you happen to spot which seat row nos. by the window have 3 windows (as some of them have 2 only)...? Would appreciate the feedback.

Thanks to the above people for providing your feedback. In parallel I called the CX Frankfurt office who advised me that as the ticket counts as F (longer leg flown in F between FRA - HKG) and as CX don't offer F to Australia I would be allowed to use the F Lounge in HKG during the same day trans...

Has anyone ever used the Qantas / Emirates chauffeur service between the Gold Coast (i.e. Surfers Paradise) and Brisbane Airport when departing on a long haul flight..? If yes, were you charged anything additionally and if yes how much...? Would appreciate your feedback, thanks.

With me residing in Switzerland I fly home to Australia ex Milan annually and have noticed a big difference in C-class air fares ex Europe in general compared to ex Australia to Europe.For example a typical C-class ex Milan would cost around EUR 3'000 - 4000 to OZ, but the other way around would ...

I just have a question for PLATY. You mention above about renewing QFF Gold requires 800 SC, isn't it 700 to attain and 600 to retain...? If it really is 800 when did this come into effect....? Thanks.
