I have just stayed at this hotel and agree with many of the comments. A ramp at checkin for wheelchairs or even to make it easier for luggage seems so simple. The pools and relaxation areas being open without needing to be a guest was a turn off. What happened to some privacy? I understand they wa...

  • The 330 fleet was particularly unreliable before Covid. Working the aircraft too hard didn't help but their engineering reliability was poor when they were being flown very hard. I hope they don't have the same issues when they are flying longer.

The fleet doesn't have the slack it ...

  • I flew at the end of July and beginning of August and it was the same problem - OEH one way, OJU back, so it has nothing to do with the older 747s. The fact it is the same on the 737s adds weight. Ironically I flew OJM in July and it still had the classic flight map - and it was the most ent...
