Hmm, coming out of LAX on QF12 on 7th January. Flying Business and got Gold status. I hope I manage to enjoy the new lounge. Is it worth getting out there mid afternoon--got nothing better to do anyway. I'm more concerned with getting my disabled partner a seat for a few hours.

I have Gold status and I will be taking my disabled partner and our daughter through LAX, travelling business class in December and back out in January. I think we might turn up in the afternoon and get in early, just to be safe. I guess it's one thing gaining access and then another finding some...
