CX Catering is bar far the most outdated and leaves an overall cheap and poor guest experience of most International airliners. Or You can buy a bottle of Veuve at the local supers for HK$380 and drink at downstairs at the West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade, an approximat 5 minute walk from Hotel; same view just 118 floors below..... but what a savings!
