Chris Chamberlin oversaw the site's coverage of airline loyalty programs and credit cards, with an eye towards the smartest ways to earn and burn frequent flyer points. Based in Brisbane, Chris regularly travelled within Australia and overseas to review the latest in business class and first class, along with airport lounges and hotels.

After completing his undergraduate degree at Griffith University, Chris began writing for Australian Business Traveller as a contributor in mid-2013, and joined the team as a full-time journalist in 2014. In 2018, he moved into the role of Senior Journalist, and in 2019, took on the role of Associate Editor when Australian Business Traveller was rebranded and relaunched as Executive Traveller. Chris also edited the Executive Traveller email newsletter, and previously edited the Australian Business Traveller newsletter.

In 2019, Chris completed further study in Tourism and Travel Management at UQ Business School, and in 2020, was named a finalist for Journalist of the Year in both the 'Destination' and 'Ground Transportation' categories at the international Business Travel Journalism Awards (BTJAs), as well as a semi-finalist for the 2020 Online Achievement Award at the 7NEWS Young Achiever Awards QLD. This also made him a quarter-finalist for 2020 Queensland Young Achiever of the Year.

Chris has also been published by The Age, The Australian, The Canberra Times, INTHEBLACK, The Journey, The Sydney Morning Herald, WA Today and The Weekend Australian, and syndicated by The Australian Financial Review, Bloomberg Pursuits, and others.
