Two weeks ago I had a great QF experience. Arrived Cb airport at 7.40 am for 8.30 am flight to Sydney. After waiting 4 hours in the Lounge was advised flight would be via Melb to Sydney After waiting another hour there was no indication when the Melb flight would board. Went home and drove to Sydney. Arrived at Mascot 9.5 hours later!!! No credit issued and as a loyal P member rather peeved.
