Which airline are you seeking availability on in particular? Qantas has recently loaded a second daily flight on certain days as QF 77/78. SQ are hovering around 3-4 daily flight and Scoot are up to 2 flights on most days. The route is chockers though as there is still limited capacity ex Perth for the demand.
The EK morning flight has not resumed yet and Cathay is still limited (although increasing) so lots of the hub traffic going through SIN still.

Does the current avaialbility for Perth-Singapore around Christmas - New Year look really scarce? Some days a 1 way ticket in Economy is over $4k?
Is this route back to pre-Covid levels? I thought they were 4 flights per day pre-Covid?

I was looking at SQ and there was very limited availability in economy. Qantas had some but it was very pricey.

Qantas flights are full or with handful seats remaining so that's why your seeing high prices.
