Back in June, I had to cancelled my trip, departing from Sydney. It's been over 4 months, and I still didn't get my refund, despite a weekly call to their customers service team. Every call ends with them promising that the issue is going to be resolved in days, but to no avail. Any suggestions about useful next steps?
I chased a refund from them for a year and a half starting from Aug 2020. They canceled our flight and i had to chase the refund for 18 months until i received it. It came in the end after i told them i had reported it to the ACCC.
@Turnblatt, you aren't being too helpful. The ticket isn't a cheap economy ticket and I see no reason to mock others who offer help. @JB123, thanks for the tip. I'm going to lodge a complaint with NSW Fairtrading agency.

Turnblatt unfortunately is never helpful. All his comments are negative and derisory. I agree with JB123 and would contact the ACCC. There's no excuse now for not refunding in a timely manner - especially from a sovereign run airline.
