I am Qantas gold and also arriving into Tokyo Business class. The same day of arrival (on a different booking) I have a domestic economy flight within Japan on JAL. Will I get lounge access for the second flight based on one world status and or previous flight in biz?
Yes. I should have been clearer. I am aware of international lounge access rights. However does JAL have equivalent of Qantas Club in domestic airports?

yes - the Japanese Beef Curry Rice in JAL lounge is a fav. Definately worth checking out
