Random Question, has anyone sat in the exit row seats 14A or 14K upstairs on QF's 747? If so, are you able to get out while the seat next to you is completely extended without jumping over the person sitting there? With the extra room you should be able to walk around them??

The emergency exit row upstairs in the 744 has plentyof room to move around the aisle seat, even when fully extended. The seat number varies depending on the configuration, but it's worth seeking out.

I had 14A returning from Dallas last year and I found it to be a good seat. There is plenty of room to get out if the aisle seat is extended, you just need to put your seat back to the sitting position and you can walk foward into the emergency exit area
The only problem i found was that 14 A,B are set closer to the emergency exit door than 14 J,K. This means that access to the side locker is a bit limited. 14 K would be better if you want to put a lot of gear in the locker.
