Airbusa321,
What do you mean by included? Do you mean the following:
Given that you're purchasing the JQ flight through the QF website, I should imagine the check-in luggage and status credit/points would be included. The type of fare for the JQ sector should define if it is mileage accruable.
Is anyone else able to confirm regarding the other bits and pieces?
Although if I were you, I'd get a cheap mileage accrual fare with JL, CX or MH. The hassle of navigating QF and JQ is too much of pain for the miniscule benefits gained.
If the Qantas group insist on offering such bastardised products, we should vote with our feet.

Out of interest, is it much cheaper than flying down to SYD and taking QF 21?

I fly JQ internationally often, but only in Business Max, there you get more or less the same as flying QF domestic business with lounge acsess if there are any QF operated lounges, NOT OneWorld ones, I know they use third party lounges at some airport such as Beijing which is not a bad lounge, a full meals service, drinks etc. the same seats as in QF domestic. If you sit in the back of the "bus" you get a seat and will have to pay for meals or an IPad if you want entertainment. JQ Business Max is a great way to earn status credits very cheaply if status is important to you. So JQ can be an inexpensive (relatively) way to travel in the front of the bus. As an example I have a JQ return to BKK in business for $1700, slightly over half price compared to QF.

If you're interested in accruing QFF points & SCs, you might want to consider this (from the Qantas website):
"Points and Status credits are not accrued when travelling on Qantas codeshare flights operated by Jetstar."
This applies to all but "Flex" fares in economy - not even sure if you can book their J fares through the Qantas site..?

Read the Ts & Cs prior to confirming the acceptance of them when purchasing. It will tell you what is included. You then have the option of not accepting and cancelling the purchase.
