I was reading your article on best & worst of the credit card travel insurance programs & noticed you quoted - "NAB, Commonwealth Bank and St George have the following nasties in their credit card travel insurance: it will only pay the car rental excess reimbursement if you were driving a sedan or stationwagon (not hatchbacks, 4WDs, campervans or other common rental car types)."
I am reading the Combank (Zurich Ins) document & I cannot find that noted anywhere.
A lot of banks are using Zurich as their credit card insurance, personally I think its far too vague offering no serious coverage details even if you were to contact them. Some credit card insurances use words like "reasonable" eg "we will offer reasonable cover for lost luggage" well whats reasonable??
No such thing as something for nothing!

That article was published in 2011. It's clearly out of date and I'd suggest taking the information with a grain of salt.
