Dear all, I am a Qantas Frequent Flyer member and purchased a flight under Qantas (QF/EK) from Sydney to Barcelona last year.

This year, I purchased Sydney to Munich (but under Emirates). Should I join Emirates Skywards and earn Skywards points for this year's trip- or is it better to credit this trip to the pre-exisiting Qantas frequent flyer? thanks.

Unless you are going to do more flying with Emerates in the future it is better to keep it with Qantas as you can use them domestically and at less points  than international .enjoy your trip !

If you booked it through EK you will not get QF status credits for this flight if you quote your QFF number with the booking.

If you are just after points then you may as well stick with QFF.
