Galleries North is too cramped. But if you're departing from the Satelite terminal it might be more convenient to head there. If you have access to the First lounge but your flight is from the Satelite terminal, I'd head to the First Galleries South for some food then to the lounge at the Satelite terminal.

Note if you want a glass of champagne in the Galleries Lounge you have to ask the food and drink service staff to get it for you, unlike the still wine which is on a pour yourself basis. It is worth doing just for the fun of seeing them shrug, roll their eyes, or perform some other show of disinterest. Service with smile it is not.
Unfortunately when building T5 they made it next to impossible to get from the B satellite back to the Main A Terminal. It is possible though, and involves a bizzare walk through what feels like a service tunnel. I dont recommend it.

totally agree - B gates lounge quieter and calmer (but only if leaving from B or C gates) - South if have to stay in A
