Looks like the front of aisle are the best bet, otherwise, much of a muchness between the rest.

I've been in row 50 on the window before, where the A/C narrows slightly allows a bit greater pitch on the window seat when the seat row angles.

All seats are good, but you want to steer clear of the lavs and the last 3 rows, although if you want a 2 seater, you'll have to sit in them (the last 3 rows).  Like all economy seats, bulkheads come with bassinets, so legroom comes with a price.  Bose have a great investment that negates that!  Quiet Comfort 15 - awesome.
