China Airlines is also planning to bring their A350 to Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne in late 2016. But their EU routes will get the first deliveries of the A350 ahead of the Australian routes...

I bet Singapore Airlines might be the first to bring A350 to Australia on SQ241/242 service.

SQ A350 will be delivered between December 2015 and January 2016, with only Business Class, Premium Economy and Economy only. Therefore I believe it is possible for SQ to deploy A350 to this service early being their flagship route also the only service where there's no First class offered.

Another contender will be Cathay Pacific, their A350 will be delivered from February 2015 (possibly before Chinese New Year) and with HKG-Australia routes are at capacity and they are looking for larger aircraft, it would be likely they are bringing A350 down under first too.

Of course by then there will be 3-4 A350s delivered to Vietnam Airlines, so be aware they might deploy them to Australia as well, especially during summer time.
