When you're at the gate!
There are a large number of plat and P1 pax. They would most likely allow for those passengers who don't select seats to be seated up the front then open up any spare seats to others.

Generally the seats at the front open up at around 48 hours before the flight for everyone even those who arn't apart of the QFF program
