Transferring from Jetstar flight to Emirates in Singapore.

Hi all, I am flying from Phuket to Singapore on Jetstar, and then onto Brisbane on Emirates. Both flights were booked seperately as award bookings so not the sane booking reference numbers. Will I need to collect my bags from the Jetstar flight in Changi, clear cusomes and Immigration, re check in again at Emirates or will Jetstar check my bags all the way through ?

I am sure even if I have to collect the bags I have allowed enough time as I have a 2 hour and 45 min time between arrival / depature ?

Many thanks all

I have a feeling that very most likely you won't be able to get 3K to do anything "extra".

Take a look at the planning and booking/"Plan and book" part of Jetstar.com.

Connecting internationl Jetstar flghts and flights with partner airlines.

Cut and paste is not allowed on my browser on here.

In some circumstances they will do baggage transfer, but not in your case.  Has to be on the same booking.   Emirates is one of their partners.
