What is the Movement Alert System used by airlines? Can there be manual override of the system, when a positive case is flagged? Who is responsible for cases of inaccurate override? Keep it factual people!
Possibly...but I do wish our media outlets would elaborate more!
I Googled and only saw a couple of audit reports from the Australian National Audit Office. Nothing seems to describe the application of this system on the ground by airlines.
