The new Perth VA Terminal launch has seemed to have started without much fanfare, and been fairly quiet.... has anyone experienced it yet and has it lived up to all the hype of a next generation airport?

Colleagues use the terminal on a weekly basis. They seem to be really impressed with it, although last week there were some minor issues with the aerobridges, resulting in minor delays to source steps instead.
The lounge apparently very similar to the Brisbane one, plus the espresso bar.
I for one haven't used it yet, but from the outside it is actually the only piece of Perth Airport that looks to be world class.

The terminal is fantastic, very wide (so no clustering of people for example when an A330 flight arrives) and plenty of shops. The gates have clearly marked seperate boarding lanes too. The lounge is just like Mel/Syd/Bris.
