BA could also pick up the four A380s originally intended for TransAero and possibly even some of those for Virgin.

Overnight, the Iranian Government placed an order in Paris for 12 A380-800 frames for delivery 2018 onwards. Not an insignificant order IMHO.
Now all we have to wait for is the ANA fleet update announcement (expected later today - 29th Jan) to see whether they actually placed that 3 frame A380 order with Airbus on 31st December 2015 - and whether they will increase the number?
