Hi. Has anyone travelled on QF4 Honolulu-Sydney recently in business - refurbished business seats or old recliners?

It's a 333-200 route.

Most recently it has been serviced almost exclusively by VH-EBG and EBL which are the two SkyBed equipped 332s left.

Would expect to gradually transition to refurbed aircraft over the next few months as the Personal IFE in Y aircraft are refurbed.

I recently flew SYD - HNL and due to an aricraft change, we were on a refurbed aircraft. On the return however, we had the Skybed Ml1. It pot luck until the programe will be complete unfortunatly.

Can Skybed 1, the lowest/oldest spec J seat design available on any QF 330 today, even be considered a "recliner" at all?  It's obviously not horizontal but still offers a lie-flat seating position.

I mean hasn't the true "relincer" J design been long gone for yrs on any QF Int'l widebody route?
