Honestly, not enough to warrant a chase for Platinum status (international travel obviously changes that equation).
Coffee is way better in the Melbourne QClub than in the business lounge and in both Sydney and Melbourne the bathroom queues are typically longer in the Business lounge.
In the positive, the wine is generally better and the staff are more attentive, especially in Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra.

More food options, proper cups rather than just takeaway cups for hot drinks, hopefully shorter queues for food, drinks etc.
Plate of the day in designated area at certain times of the day.

Generally quieter and nicer, though on a Friday afternoon they can both be busy.
