Any arrangements for VA Gold/Business class flyers from Launceston?

Hey there, really early morning flight coming up from Launceston on VA.

As a VA Gold, is there are facilities at the airport in regards to lounge or food? Do we have access to the Qantas Club lounge somehow, or get a small voucher? Also shower facilities too?

There's no lounge for VA's gold or plat members at Launceston, TAS. No vouchers either. 

Not sure what for J class pax.

No Virgin lounge in Launy and definitely no vouchers or Q Club access. That said, the Qantas Club in Launceston is not much more than an average coffee machine (self-serve) in the morning. As a VA Gold, you'll have access to the lounge on arrival in Melbourne though. It has shower facilities.
