I notice now that Canberra is appearing in Jetstar's search function. When clicked, you can select destinations in NZ, Fiji and Hawaii (all obviously connections). Does anyone know if Jetstar are planning to operate to Canberra domestically? When selecting a destination, it shows no flights for any date...
Canberra appears because they have a partnership with Murrays on the hourly bus services to SYD. Thats why its limited to international destinations.
JQ are well overdue for an entry in CBR but QF want to protect their yields. 7pwBNE, 5pwOOL, 7pwMEL, 5pwADL and a couple of CNS would do well from CBR. Just wont happen in the near future.

It may be because they are either starting CBR flights or are adding codeshare services with Qantas.
