How early can you check in with Cathay Pacific/Cathay Dragon "physically" at HK airport and also check in baggage? (I know you can check in online early and also at in town check-in, thats not what I'm after)

I'm not sure about direct check-in time limits, but since you're arriving on another service, why not just check it through?

In the past I have used HKIA''s baggage services to store my bags whilst on a layover.

I have a similar question. I am arriving on a HK airlines flight at around 5 or 6 pm and want to check in early for a Cathay pacific flight departing Hong Kong at 11.55pm the same day. Besides the InTown check in are there any other options to check in early so I can access the Lounges for longer.
