Preferred OW Lounge Access In CDG (Paris)? American or Cathay?

It's been a while since I visited Paris .. approx. 30 months. Upcoming trip and I'd like some feedback on which is the preferred oneworld lounge for an international departure to the other side of the Atlantic - American Airlines or Cathay Pacific? Any recent experience of these two would be appreciated.

From threads on FT, AA lounge appears preferred, particularly at breakfast and has recently opened a wine/cheese bar for later in the day.

Both lounges are right next door to one another, so you can just go into both and see which one you prefer, I used the Cathay Pacific Lounge and it was fine, very comfortable with a good selection of hot food and drinks.
