Has anyone else had trouble with non posting of miles in Velocity account since VA transferred to new booking system?

Has anyone else had trouble with non posting of miles in Velocity account since VA transferred to new booking system? Many miles for VA, non-VA and e-store have not posted since the transition. I am losing confidence in Velocity after retro claims and phone calls have resulted in no action. Have others had recent problems?

This is part of the transfer to Sabre. As the system is bedded down further the flights taken since the transition will be delt with. My fligths haven't been credited however I'm confident that they will be in time.

I took an AIRNZ flight from Dunedin to Christchurch at the beginning of November and haven't seen anything in my account. Understand it can take a while when using partner aairlines. Just on that, it was a full economy fare, do domestic NZ flights qualify for status credit points?

It shouldn't take that long with Air NZ. I took flights to the US and it was credited in my Velocity account within the usual 3 days. 

I'm not aware of any reason why you wouldn't be credited the points for the domestic flight.
