Qantas need to change coffee company...There are much better coffee brands than Victoria Coffee..

If this a money issue for Qantas perhaps look at returning back to Filtered , Brewed coffee.. Much safer than the poison they serve in the Lounge...

Australia seems obsessed with Starbucks flavors

What brand of nonsense is this... Citation required, please.

The Australian public's thorough and vehement rejection of Starbucks (and similar chains) would clearly demonstrate that our market does NOT have any interest in that flavoured garbage.

(Simply search Google for "starbucks australia fail" for dozens of news articles, social commentary and business resources to this effect.)

"Poison?" Really?

Always amusing to see people complaining hyperbolically about perfectly adequate products that are given to them for free.

As far as airport coffees go, I think you'd be hard pressed to find better elsewhere in the terminal. The Vittoria coffees are decent enough, and pulled by trained baristas. And I say that as something of a self-confessed Melburnian coffee snob.

I suspect some people enjoy hearing themselves moan & wouldn't be happy regardless of the beans or style on offer.
