Hi all,

I just wanted to know if one will receive VA status credit if they are flying a partner airline but operated by a non partner. Eg flying delta but operated by Air France.

Does anyone know what the terms and conditions says? Ie does it have to be operated by va partner airline to receive status credit?

Thanks.

The Velocity website makes it clear that the answer is no. "Velocity points and status credits cannot be earned on ... Codeshare flights (Any flight with a DL flight number that is operated by an airline other than a Delta, a Delta Connection branded carrier or Virgin Australia)". If you want to check for yourself, go to the Velocity Website, then click on Earn > Flights > Airline Partners and click through to read the Delta terms and conditions.

That’s great. Thank you
