There is a new agreement of lounge access between VA&HNA Group earlier this month. Just wonder if anyone holding va gold/platinum card has already gained access successfully to certain lounges traveling on domestic routes operated by Hainan Airline, or anyone holding fortune wings club gold/platinum card has already gained access successfully to lounges traveling on domestic routes operated by Virgin Australia?
In September last year I gained access to the Hainan Beijing Domestic lounge in T1 before a Hainan flight to Dongying, I was VA Gold. Technically I wasn't supposed to have access but the Lounge lady took my card, wrote my VA number down, and let me in, no questions asked at all.
