Had you booked the getaway fare yourself? If so, it should have been worth 20SC. Would give the Velocity team a call and they'll fix it up, should only take a few minutes if you have status.
Thanks, booked it myself and am Platinum. Gave them a call on your advice and they're crediting them.

Same problem here for MEL-SYD, SYD-LAX last Monday. Got points but no credits, same for another person that flew with me. Have emailed but cannot call as I'm overseas.
