For the last six months my Jetstar points and SC have taken 8 weeks to flow through to QFF. Recently my last 16 Jetstar Plus flights have been processing at a rate of 10 in the last week so now is only three weeks behind. Hopefully this a good sign!

I've had this same problem since December 2017. My last two Jetstar flights took 50 and 48 days to post through. Just not good enough from Qantas. Keeping an eye on and chasing up missing points is one big hassle that undermines the integrity of loyalty programs. I would also add that when I've chased up missing points with Qantas FF via email or phone (for Jetstar and partner airlines) the Qantas customer service has been consistently poor which is frustrating because I rate Qantas as a great airline on many criterion. Qantas typically take weeks (not days) to reply to emails/fix problems, and I regularly have to chase up issues multiple times before they are resolved.

Yes I agree it can take forever. The Qantas site and customer service state that it takes 6-8 weeks to process. I have used the online Missing Points tab successfully before and after that period with success. Hang in there, frustrating but you've earned the SCs. Good to see you are getting a quicker return.
