Was lucky enough to get a points BC upgrade for flight to LAX tomorrow and it is 2E which I assume is blocked until near end as bassinet position. While certainly a “first world” problem was just wondering how the bassinet position impacts on your comfort etc given it is always mentioned in Seat Guru reviews. Never having been in a Dreamliner was not sure if there is a permanent wall/table there? I assume your tray table and screen are in armrest like in other bulkhead seats. Have searched many posts but not found a review of this actual seat. In general the BC seats get uniformly excellent reviews

Seat 2E is a standard business suite - the tray table and screen are in the same positions as other business class seats in the cabin.

There's a small 'shelf' above your screen where the bassinet would go.

One advantage of 2E/2F is a larger footwell which makes it easier to stretch out. You won't notice much else different.

See David's review here for more info.
