AMEX Ascent points should have been doubled post 15.04.2019?

Have those AMEX card holders who received letters stating their MR points would be doubled post 15.04 had this occur? I am a Centurion card holder and received a letter stating this but when I checked my points this afternoon they have not been doubled. I should have transferred pre 15.04 but forgot....
