There tends not to be a fixed time like Qantas and Virgin and it tends to be self service.
I've found the bar fridges are unlocked all the time however it's only after lunch have I seen them put a bottle of red (or two) on the bar where they serve coffee in Auckland.

Yes, it is pretty much available the whole time when the lounges are open for self-service.

What everyone has already said. I've been to most domestic Air NZ Koru lounges and they are all self serve so you can basically grab a drink anytime
