I am flying in J next week to BKK and read in a FB group that Express immigration is only available to Thai Airways J and F passengers as of 1/8. Has anyone flown into BKK this month who can confirm or deny this. Cant see any info on this change on the Airports of Thailand site, I have used their contact us page but not reply yet.
I flew this last week, cabin crew didn't hand out the express cards so I asked and they said you can still go through the express path just show your boarding pass. I didn't have a printed one so took a screenshot of my electronic one and that did the trick. Just showed them that and straight though.

I asked Qantas the question yesterday and they confirmed no QF passenger in any class has access to Fast Track immigration at BKK, but Airports of Thailand say F & J class still do....Who is correct I wonder?

The corollary to this is that status passengers in economy no longer have access to Fast Track at BKK.

It was a benefit of status with some airlines.
