Heads Up: Qantas has bumped up the earn rate on TransPac partner marketed flights from today.

That's good.
Example of the change is discount economy goes from 1,875 FF / 20 SC to 4,500 FF / 45 SC (Australian East Coast to US West Coast, one way ).
Most status credits are now doubled, with business from 90 to 180 and First going from 135 to 270.

I think this is due to the partnership being approved. They deliberately reduced them when it got knocked back a couple of years back.

Improvements also apply to many US domestic routes, and with some fare letters also being recategorised by Qantas Frequent Flyer, the number of Qantas Points and status credits increases even more.
