G'day, would just like to ask im looking to book tickets to Europe for Summer over there. Do Emriates have usually have any sales this month or in January (booked with Etihad/Qatar before in Jan) for June/July in Europe next year ?
BA currently have a “free sector” upgrade promo. So if you travelled to LHR on BA15/16 you could pay for PE on the way there and get Business on the way back (or vice versa). Similarly you could pay for Business and upgrade one sector to F. I wouldnt be overly inclined to book their business product, but the free upgrade to F is enticing!
British Airways ‘Business Class' or Club World is hardly an upgrade; its a prison sentence. Hard or soft product on any aircraft in the fleet it's horrible and worst value for your money out there. If they got rid of the horrible 777 and flew the A350 to Sydney with what looks to be a fantastic upgrade to their new business and first class I'd fly them in a heartbeat. Until then BA are on my ‘no fly' list.
