Did anyone receive a Privilege Membership card when they were approved for the status match earlier this year? Just thinking about getting into Qantas lounges (if I ever get to fly again).
You don’t need it. it appears on your boarding pass, or if you want to have further support, you can download your card into your Apple Wallet. I don’t carry FF cards anymore due to this nowadays.
A email newsletter a couple of weeks ago stated that there would be a delay in sending out the welcome packs, although no timeframe was given. It also said you could use the digital card.

I just downloaded the Qatar app and from there you go to My dashboard then show my card and it allows you to save it in your digital wallet
