Does anyone know if the QF first lounge stays open for the JQ flight to Auckland at 23:30?
Everything says open for the last QF flight which is in the day time so I presume no but wondering if anyone has been and had any luck?

Recent visits to other lounges conclude that when the last flight with a roo on the tail is called, the announcement that the lounge is closing is then made.

Rather than open them I'd be refurbing them. Qantas SYD and MEL Int J lounges are boring lifeless and bare bones when compared to rival J lounges.
